This is a real quick post for the day:

Mark Twain once wrote or said (I don’t care which), “It’s not the things I don’t understand in the Bible that bother me, it’s the things I do understand!”  

I am reading through Matthew (for the second time this month) and Jesus says some odd stuff.   Now, I imagine that I am not accountable for the stuff I just have no clue about right now.  But it seems like the words of Jesus that I do understand are totally against my way of thinking.

But that’s okay, if I stick close enough to Jesus my way of thinking wont matter anymore!
